Home brewing is a fun way to save money on beer and wine. I started about six months ago and have made several batches. My wife surprised me with a Coopers Micro Brewery Kit which seems to be the best kit available. I've read on several different websites about kits that have a siphon hose and two 5 gallon buckets, but this kit has a handy little faucet and a convenient bottle filling tube. 30 reusable plastic beer bottles are included along with one complete set of ingredients for your first batch.

I have tried several different Coopers' flavors and plan to write more about them soon. My favorite so far is Real Ale.
